Widcombe Art Trail

Earlier this summer I was part of Widcombe Art Trail in Bath and my mermaid had her first public outing!  Thank you to everyone who stopped to look at the work and said such nice things about it.  I have finally had some cards printed and actually sold some, so thank you to everyone who bought them - it is such a vote of confidence.

Of course, as always the hardest thing is to stop myself from buying lovely things from the other artists and makers......I caved in and bought a great print from Colette Lemaire.  I loved her work, which often combines etchings with carved and painted wood.  I've added ceramics by Sarah Turrell and Alison Potter; jewellery from Emma Teale and textiles from Eloise Scotland to my personal wish list just for starters...
